The BID will create a marketing program which, over time will evolve with the needs of the district. The program will include:
- Pamphlet and other inserts for individual marketing campaigns.
- Development of a brand with logo/identity for King of Prussia area.
- Internet-based marketing and information sharing
- Newsletters
- Annual reports
- Active recruitment and business attraction activities for multi-tenant office and retail owners, and individual businesses.
- Raise awareness and promote the King of Prussia location.
The BID will form a task force to examine the local zoning and land development code and put together a plan to recommend to the Township that will address the needs and priorities of the land owners as it relates to future development of the BID areas.
